Let me start by saying that Yoga IS FOR EVERYONE.

It is not ‘just stretching’ and it’s certainly not reserved for thin, flexible women in expensive leggins. And let me tell you ….being able to touch your toes is certainly not a requirement to attend a yoga class.

Yoga is so much more than just physical movement—it’s a way of life. It offers powerful tools to navigate the ups and downs, cultivate a calm mind, and move through the world with more clarity and inner peace.

But this is not what drew me in in the first place….
